Rules And Regulations
- The Moto Club Compound is for members only, it is a private facility and not for public use!
- Guests are only allowed on designated guest days, donations are appreciated. If you would like to run a Guest day please contact one of the directors 10 days to two weeks prior to the day in question for training.
- You must sign in every time you enter the facility. Sign in clip board will be at the sign in easel or at the sign in shack (Sweet Shack).
- Speed limit is 5 mph when not on the track and all pedestrians have the right away, this goes for both bikes and trucks or cars. Once off of the Moto Club hill, speed limit is 10 mph to the main road. Please watch out for farm vehicles and offer them the right away while crossing the farm to the main road! All Riding is limited to the track areas; please stay off of adjacent land.
- No racing in the pit area, if this becomes a problem then we will all have to push our bikes to the track trail entrance before mounting. Helmets must be worn at all times, when riding on your motor cycle even in parking/ pit area.
- All riders must wear boots, gloves, helmet, goggles, long sleeve shirt or short sleeve shirt with elbow guards, and appropriate pants that cover the legs for protection. Shin guards, chest protectors, kidney belts and neck rolls or cervical collar protectors are advised!
- No stuffing or ramming. Faster riders must avoid slower riders. The slowest rider always has the right of way.
- Slower and or younger riders can ride on the national track with a parent or escort shadowing them or by them selves when the marshals designate a ladies / mini session. Parents can shadow there kids during the mini sessions if they want to!
- All riders or spectators under 18 must be signed in by a PARENT or LEGAL Guardian.
- Do not dump any oil, gas or antifreeze on the ground. This is very harmful to the environment and will cost us our lease renewal. Change oil at home or take used oil etc. home with you.
- Please pick up your area before you leave. A nice clean looking track and parking area will go along way in helping us keep your riding area open.
- Please watch out for any nylon netting, fire or other hoses, water pipes, or PVC pipes. These items are very expensive.
- Stay clear of water truck and never attempt to ride on the track when water truck or maintenance tractor is working on track.
- The peewee track is for beginners only unless marshals designate a special session
- When busy, only certain displacements vehicles will be allowed to ride the track for timed sessions. This is for your safety and to keep over crowding from ruining your riding experience.
- Pack your muffler. Overly loud bikes could cause our neighbors to complain and force us to make decibel rules.
- Your monthly payments are due by the second Monday of each month, if you become two or more months late on your monthly dues you are in jeopardy of losing your membership and having it re sold to a new member with out any refunds to you. The Club no longer buys back memberships however if you want to sell your membership to another party then we will consider it but you must submit a written request to do so naming the party that wants to purchase your membership, complete with their address and phone #, then two or more directors will meet with both party’s to consider approval of that sale’. All past dues must be upto date at that time and there will also be a $100.00 Membership transfer fee.
- Because this is a private track there are some concessions aloud.
- Do not abuse alcohol, and never ride or drive a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
- BBQ’s are ok as long as you clean up after you’re self.
- Try not to use foul or abusive language. This is a family riding area. Do not ride on adjacent properties.
